By purchasing and/or using our vehicle graphics and signage products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Application & Installation

• Our graphics are supplied on a DIY basis and are intended to be installed by the customer.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the surface is suitable for application. This includes confirming that the paint is sound, original, and properly cured.

• Improper application techniques, including but not limited to stretching, tearing, misalignment, or contamination during application, may affect the final result and are not covered under warranty.
 

2. Surface Damage Disclaimer

• We accept no responsibility for any damage caused to vehicle paintwork, surfaces, or finishes during the application or removal of our graphics.

• This includes but is not limited to: paint lifting, clear coat damage, scratches, or adhesive residue.

• Damage is more likely to occur on vehicles with poor, aged, resprayed, or previously repaired paintwork. It is the customer’s responsibility to assess the suitability of their surface prior to installation.


3. Product Handling

• Vinyl graphics should be stored flat and installed within 30 days of receipt to ensure quality and adhesion.

• Graphics must not be applied in cold, damp, or excessively hot conditions.


4. Creasing or Damage in Transit

• If any product arrives damaged or creased, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


5. Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds or replacements will only be issued if a fault with the product is confirmed (e.g. incorrect print, defective vinyl).

• We do not offer refunds for issues arising from incorrect installation or unsuitability of the surface.

• We offer a guarantee that if you damage any vinyl during installation due to mistakes, we will replace that part free of charge, excluding postage. To submit a claim, you must provide photo evidence, and confirmation that you followed our fitting instructions. 


6. Usage

• Our graphics are intended for use on clean, smooth, standard vehicle paintwork. Use on unconventional surfaces (e.g. rust, textured coatings, wraps, matte finishes) is at your own risk.


7. Warranty

• All vinyl products come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects only.

• The warranty covers issues such as peeling, delamination, or print fading due to a fault in materials or production.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect application, surface contamination, environmental factors, use on unsuitable surfaces, or removal of graphics.

• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting photographs and proof of purchase.


8. Advice & Guidance

• Any installation guidance we provide is general and offered in good faith. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation methods are followed and to assess whether their vehicle surface is suitable for self-installation.
